Farin Innovations Employee Rule #1

Published October 11th, 2016 by Michael Farin

Often times my team members come to me with problems, issues, and frustrations. It can be as serious as a problem w/ a client or a simple frustration with a line of source code. My #1 rule is that no matter the issue, they are always to smile. Why? There is no better way to problem solve than to do so while smiling. Can’t do it? Fake a smile and watch what happens.
